Recruit and Retain high-quality Teachers and Support Staff

Increase Teachers' and Support Staff salaries and compensation

Promote Health and Wellness for staff and students

Inclusive

Encourage and Support fair and equitable resources for all students

Promote a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Innovation efforts for all students and staff
Partnerships

Grow a network of partners to support the Operating Budget and Capital Budget - funding needed for adequate infrastructure and staffing to keep pace with student growth
Parental Engagement

Foster partnerships between schools, families, and the community.
