Support, Inclusion, Partnerships and Parental Engagement

As a member of the Frederick County Public Schools Board of Education, I will work to:

 

Support

• The Blueprint for Maryland’s Future

  • Expand access to early childhood education

  • Recruit and Retain high-quality Teachers and Support Staff 

  • Increase Teachers' and Support Staff salaries and compensation

  • Promote Health and Wellness for staff and students

Inclusive

• Encourage and Support fair and equitable resources for all students 

• Promote a culture of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Innovation efforts for all students and staff

 

Partnerships

• Grow a network of partners to support the Operating Budget and Capital Budget - funding needed for adequate infrastructure and staffing to keep pace with student growth

 

Parental Engagement

• Foster partnerships between schools, families, and the community.

As your representative and a member of the Frederick County community, I am committed to making Frederick County Public Schools a model for excellence in education I believe by working together we can make the ‘SIPP’ vision a reality.
